Exercise & Rehabilitation

Regenerative Therapies are only part of the regenerative process.  Staying active and exercising plays a large role in your capacity for healing.  In order to optimize the outcome of these therapies it is vital to enhance the health of your joints through stretching and strengthening exercises as well as staying physically active.  Increasing muscular strength through rehabilitative exercise will improve joint stability while decreasing the chance of further injury.  Improving flexibility, through stretching, will help alleviate pain by increasing blood flow and nutrients to soft tissues, improve posture and reduce risk of injury.

As part of our regenerative therapies we will send you home with a personalized exercise and rehabilitation program.
