Cancellation/No Show Policy:​

If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay a $50 fee before you are able to book your next appointment.

COVID-19 Update

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made some changes at our clinic.  These changes follow the guidelines outlined by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.   Here is a list of how the pandemic has changed the way we practice:

1. Initial visit interviews and many follow-up appointments will now be done over the phone.

2. When you visit our clinic in person:

   1. Masks are now mandatory for in-person visits.

   2. When you arrive at the clinic, please come in to let us know you have arrived.  We will ask you to return to your vehicle and wait until we call you to let you know that we are ready for you.

   3. If you bring someone with you, they will need to stay in the vehicle during your appointment.

3. When you enter our clinic, you will be asked screening questions, your temperature will be taken, and a consent form will be signed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We understand that the pandemic has caused tremendous hardships to many and that current practices may seem inconvenient if not excessive to some of you.  As a clinic, we need to follow these  recommendations to remain open and provide our services.  Unfortunately, many people unleash their frustrations on our front desk staff.  These team members are extremely important to us, and as physicians, we can not tolerate them being verbally abused.  Verbal abuse of our team will result in you being released as a patient from our clinic.  Please refrain from taking your frustrations out on them.
